Welcome to the “Design Your Life” journey!

This exciting 2-session series will guide the group through researching, ideating, and prototyping what an aligned, purposeful life could look like for each of you. Let’s dive in!

Workshop Breakdown:

Part 1: Research and Wayfinding
Step back to review your life, motivations, and energy levels to identify your personal work and life philosophies.

Part 2: Ideation and Prototyping
Start mapping out ideas for the life you want to build, and prototype different versions of the next five years of your life.

Part 3: Planning
Learn about the science of change and create concrete commitments to guide your next steps forward.

Workshop Objectives:

In this workshop, you’ll engage in research, ideation, and prototyping to design a more aligned, purposeful life. Over the course of two sessions, you’ll dive deep into self-reflection and exploration, guided by structured activities.

Pre-Work for Each Session: There will be 1-2 hours of pre-work for each session, with the most being required for the first session. For this session, you’ll need to do some research on your life, which will form the foundation for reviewing insights.

Pre-Work for the First Session:

  1. Good Time Activity Sheet: For a week, log activities you engage in at work and elsewhere, noting how they make you feel. Pay attention to activities that put you in a state of flow—when time seems to fly by.
  2. Career Anchors Assessment: Complete a short assessment on your core motivators at work. Fill out Sheet 1, which will auto-populate Sheet 2, and optionally reflect on Sheet 3.
  3. Job Satisfaction Assessment: Fill out a quick survey to assess how satisfied you are with your current job.

There’s no rush—take your time with the pre-work, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need clarification!
